STROUD GRAPHICS - ABOUT US:

I have spent two decades in various creative industries. My graphic arts career began in 1996 as a labour of love and passion. A life-long interest of photography led me to explore both the architecture of design and the psychology of how and why we react to colour, shape and form.

Understanding this relationship resulted in a unique insight into the mechanics of developing for a client's specific market.

In 1995, I graduated from the Digital Media program offered at Centennial College (Toronto). Since then I have expanded my knowledge base to include the up-to-date source code techniques required to develop for today's marketplace.

Stroud Graphics's clients are derived from a wide range of traditional businesses, creative industries, professional friends and supporters.

I am proficient in HTML, DHTML, XHTML, CSS, Javascript and PHP. For ultimate control I employ the use of hand-coding but I am also very adept in the use of Dreamweaver, JEdit and GoLive. My graphics are created in Photoshop, ImageReady, Illustrator, Fireworks or Flash depending on the content and purpose.

I fully endorse and believe in Open Source solutions including Joomla, Silverstripe, Drupal, Gimp, Gallery2 and many others too numerous to name. Currently, I am getting up to speed in ASP.
